Personal Training I offer a 1 hour Personal Training session with measurable results for local clients in North County San Diego, CA. Each session consists of;
a dynamic warm up (Prepares the body for increased intensity joint by joint to decrease risk of injury and enhance results),
the session's work (resistance training, flexibility training, cardiovascular training, goal specific movements,
and then a cool down which combines yoga and a set of client specific stretches (I stretch my clients to help muscles return to there original tension and length, this helps decrease recovery time, reduce muscle soreness, and increase range of motion). My personal training clients will receive: 1) A face to face (or Skype) consultation and evaluation 2) Individualized one-on-one personal training (in home, outdoors, or in gym) 3) Personalized easy to follow nutrition plans 4) A trainer who cares about your success and "Your Fitness-Progress" I am available via phone, video conference, email, or text message when you have questions, comments, or concerns!
Our training packages are determined per client and paid on a month to month basis. Sessions can be trained in home or at outdoor facility location.
